  1. I just read that you are the creator of the Global Read Aloud! Wow! I also read that you loved and read The One and Only Ivan and I wanted to share with you that I am thinking of doing a Global PBL using that book. I will keep you posted if you like. I need to talk to Michael Graffin, the Global Classroom Projects creator, but I think he will go for it! Here is a link to my blog: Thank you for being so inspiring and sharing your brain, but more importantly, a piece of your heart!🙂

  2. Pernille,
I am looking for a document you shared through your blog last year. The blog was about reflecting on our practice. The document was a way for teachers to reflect titled something like… Would I want to be a student in my own class? the link I had is no longer working… could you repost that or send me a copy?
So excited about the GRA… I am a librarian now and have 8 second grade classrooms that want to participate! YEAH

  3. Just read your “Reading Rules” and loved it. If only the Director of Instruction would read it!!! I teach at a juvenile detention and pretty much follow your adult rules. I was kicked out of my third grade classroom when I showed the Yakima school board the difference in the NRP books. I am hoping to see you at the Save Our Schools Coalition People’s March for Public Education and Social Justice in DC July 8 – 10.
