Dear Administrators,
I only have one question;
Does your staff trust you?
If yes; how do you know?
If no; why not?
If you don’t know; how will you find out?
Best,
Pernille

Well said! Simple yet to the point.
Follow up question….”Do you care what they think of you?”
I have complete trust in my principal.
Dear Administrators, Do you support your teachers? If you do it does not show and your support is not felt by the staff.
As an administrator I would like to respond:
Does your staff trust you: Yes, I would say that for the most part my staff does trust me. I think there will always be people along the fringe who may go back and forth but I would say it is an over all yes.
How do I know: I try to go out of my way to have conversations with my staff as often as I can. I advocate for them and do my best to help them whenever I can and I understand that without them I am useless.
To the follow up question: Yes, I do care. Read above to find out why.
